How to Reset Internet Explorer 6 Settings

• Delete Cookies and Temporary Internet Files as follows:
  
  1. In the Internet Explorer click Tools/Internet Options.
     
  2. In the dialog box that appears select "General" tab:
     
     
     
     
  3. Click Delete Cookies, and click OK.
     
  4. Click Delete Files. When you are prompted to delete all temporary Internet files, click OK.
     
     
• Restore security settings. To do this, please perform the following steps:
  
  1. In the Internet Explorer click Tools/Internet Options.
     
  2. In the dialog box that appears select "Security" tab:
     
     
     
     
  3. Click Internet and then click Default Level button.
     
     
• Restore Privacy settings. To do this, please perform the following steps:
  
  1. In the Internet Explorer click Tools/Internet Options.
     
  2. In the dialog box that appears select "Privacy" tab:
     
     
     
     
  3. Click Default button.
